1. Operating Hours & Entry

  • Day Use Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Restaurant & Bar: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM (last orders at 8:30 PM).

  • Entry Fee: ₱279/person (applies to all guests unless bundled in a package).

  • Overnight Stays: Not allowed unless part of a pre-approved private event.

2. Reservations & Payment

  • Advance Reservations: Required for all suites, cottages, and the function hall.

  • Deposit: 50% required to secure booking; balance due upon arrival.

  • Payment Methods: GCash, bank transfer, or approved on-site cash payments.

  • Confirmation: Reservations are not final until deposit is received.

  • Gift Vouchers: Available starting at ₱1,000 load; valid for 6 months.

3. Venues & Packages

Signature Suite

  • Rate: ₱5,499 (venue only) or ₱9,999 All-In.

  • Amenities: Air-conditioning, private CR & shower, private dipping pool, day bed & seating.

  • Inclusions (venue only): ₱1,500 food credit, 5 towels, 6 snack bags, unlimited iced tea, attendant.

Front Beach Cottage

  • Rate: ₱3,999 (venue only) or ₱7,999 All-In.

  • Amenities: Steps from shore, shaded nipa hut with tables & chairs, shared clean CR nearby.

  • Inclusions (venue only): ₱1,500 food credit, 5 towels, 6 snack bags, unlimited iced tea, attendant.

Signature Combo (Suite + Cottage)

  • Rate: ₱9,999 (venue only) or ₱16,999 All-In.

  • Includes all amenities from both venues.

All-In Venue Packages (Flat Rate)

  • Includes: Entry fee, venue, California Fiesta Buffet (3 mains, 2 sides, 1 dessert), unlimited iced tea + beer bucket OR 2 cocktails/adult, towels, snacks, sunscreen, wipes, beach games kit, dedicated attendant.

  • Guest Limits:

    • Signature Suite: 10 guests included, max 14

    • Front Beach Cottage: 10 guests included, max 14

    • Combo: 20 guests included, max 24

  • Extra Guests: ₱999/person (full inclusions provided).

  • Smaller groups may book but pay the same venue rate.

4. Function Hall

  • Size: 10m x 10m (100 sqm).

  • Capacity: 80 guests (banquet seating), 100 guests (theater style).

  • Rates: ₱5,000 / 4 hours; ₱8,000 / 8 hours.

  • Inclusions: Tables, chairs, sound system with microphone, basic stage area.

  • Add-ons: Catering, decoration, drinks, photographer/videographer, event signage.

  • Booking Policy: 50% deposit required, balance due 3 days before event. Security bond ₱2,000 refundable if no damage. Free 2-hour setup before event. Overtime ₱1,000/hour.

5. Food & Drinks

  • Bundles (Add-On Per Person):

    • Beach Bite ₱199 – 1 main, 1 drink, dessert

    • Chill & Grill ₱399 – Grilled main, side, unlimited iced tea, dessert platter

    • California Fiesta Buffet ₱699 – 3 mains, 2 sides, 1 dessert, unlimited iced tea

  • Drink Packages (Add-On Per Person):

    • Refresh ₱149 – Unlimited iced tea/lemonade, bottled water, chips

    • Chill on the Shore ₱399 – Beer bucket per 4 guests, pitcher of soft drinks, snack platter

    • California Sunset ₱599 – 2 cocktails per adult, bottled water, snack platter

  • Corkage: Outside food and drinks are not allowed unless pre-approved; corkage fees may apply.

6. Rentals & Add-Ons

  • Beach Gear: Towels ₱50–100, chairs ₱50–150, umbrellas ₱250, canopy ₱400.

  • Activities: Beach games kit ₱300, snorkel set ₱200, kayak ₱400/hour, paddleboard ₱500/hour.

  • Extras: Birthday/event signage ₱1,500, balloon/floral décor from ₱3,000, VIP server ₱1,000/day.

7. Guest Code of Conduct

  • Respect: Be courteous; loud or unsafe behavior not allowed.

  • Dress Code: Swimwear welcome; nudity prohibited under Philippine law.

  • Smoking: Allowed in designated areas only; ₱1,000 clean-up fee for violations.

  • Cleanliness: Trash must be disposed of in bins; excessive cleaning charged ₱1,000.

  • Property Damage: Guests are financially liable for loss or damage caused by negligence.

8. Cancellations & Weather Policy

  • Guest-Initiated:

    • 7+ days before booking – Full refund of deposit.

    • 3–6 days – 50% refund of deposit.

    • 0–2 days or no-show – No refund.

  • Resort-Initiated (e.g., weather closures):

    • Guests may rebook within 60 days at no extra cost OR request a full refund.

    • Not liable for other guest expenses (transport, vendor contracts).

  • Force Majeure: No liability for cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

9. Third-Party Vendors

  • Guests may hire photographers, DJs, entertainers, or decorators at their own discretion.

  • Resort is not a contracting party in such arrangements.

  • Resort is not liable for vendor fees, deposits, or cancellation penalties if bookings are rescheduled or canceled for any reason.

  • Guests are encouraged to negotiate flexible terms with their vendors.

10. Refusal of Service & Guest Removal Policy

  • California Beach Resort reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any individual or group that:

    • Engages in disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior

    • Is visibly intoxicated and poses a risk to themselves or others

    • Fails to comply with resort policies, staff instructions, or safety rules

    • Brings prohibited items onto the property (firearms, illegal drugs, dangerous materials)

  • Guests who are unruly or disrespectful may be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund.

  • The resort reserves the right to involve local authorities if necessary to ensure the safety of other guests and staff.
